- 6-POSITION HAYWARD VARI-FLO CONTROL VALVE with easy to use lever action handle to let you "dial" any of the 6 valve/filter functions. FILTER, WASTE, BACKWASH, RINSE, CLOSED or RECIRCULATE.
- UNION LOCKNUTS make assembly or disassembly of the control valve easy.
- EFFICIENT MULTI-LATERAL UNDERDRAIN ASSEMBLY. These precision engineered, corrosion-free, self-cleaning laterals give totally balanced flow, even when backwashing. Laterals individually thread into center collector hub to assure positive sealing, and allow for fast, easy servicing.
- SUPPORT SKIRT. Rugged and attractively styled to provide strong, stable support for the filter assembly. Totally corrosion-proof, too.
- DRAIN PIPE ASSEMBLY allows for total draining of filter for winter or service. 3/4" garden hose connection thread for easy hose attachment. Drain assembly is replaceable from outside of filter.
- ALL FILTER COMPONENTS are serviceable using only a screwdriver and wrench.
